Operation
The operator sets the temperature controls to obtain optimum viscosity
characteristics, and then sets the dispense controller to adjust the application
volume.
When the operator closes the cycle start switch, the patented valve, which has its own flow adjustment, opens a controlled amount for a precise, adjustable time. This action allows an exact, repeatable amount of fluid to be dispensed from the constantly pressurized reservoir. The manual mode operation allows material to be dispensed for intervals at the operators discretion.
