Disposable Syringe Barrels for Dispensing
Tridak offers premium quality luer lock syringes and syringe accessories such as syringe pistons made from polyethylene or neoprene, tip and end caps for sealing the filled syringes, and a variety of disposable dispense tips used for precise placement of dispensed fluids and pastes. The luer lock syringe barrels are engineered to facilitate fluid flow with a minimum of resistance and turbulence, which reduces the risk of introducing undesirable microscopic air bubbles into the fluid.
Tridak disposable luer lock syringes are molded from polypropylene to exacting standards in order to maintain lot-to-lot consistency and provide the best fit when paired with the appropriate Tridak syringe piston. They are also silicone-free to eliminate risk of contamination.
Syringe barrels are available in 3 mL, 5 mL, 10 mL, and 30 mL sizes and come in three styles: black, amber, and clear (natural).
Black Disposable Syringe Barrels: 100% light blocking and can be used for all light sensitive products such as light-curable adhesives and coatings.
Amber Disposable Syringe Barrels: These dispensing barrels give users the ability to see fluid levels, but also block UV light wavelengths between 240-390 nm making them useful for materials that are sensitive to only UV light.
Clear (Natural) Disposable Syringe Barrels: These dispensing barrels are for general use with fluids and pastes that are not sensitive to either UV or visible light wavelengths.
Disposable Pistons for Dispensing Barrels:
Tridak double ribbed pistons are molded to perfectly match Tridak syringe barrels. Inserted after the syringe is filled with fluid, these pistons ensure leak-free shipping and storage. The precise fit of each piston also contributes to a smooth, bounce-free dispense cycle. Tridak offers two styles of syringe pistons, gray polyethylene pistons and black neoprene pistons.
Gray Polyethylene Syringe Pistons: These dispensing syringe pistons are molded from high density polyethylene. They are ideal for most fluids and viscosities.
Black Neoprene Syringe Pistons: These dispensing syringe pistons are molded from neoprene. They are suitable for use with non-reactive fluids and gels.
