Model 475 Series: Diaphragm Valves

The Tridak Model 475 Series dispensing valves were designed to be used with low-to-medium viscosity fluids. The internal design of these dispensing valves prevent fluid contact with the actuating components within the valve. Because of this feature, the valves require minimal maintenance. These dispensing valves are ideal for reactive materials like cyanoacrylates and solvent-based products.

All Model 475 diaphragm valves are actuated using the Tridak Model 345 Digital Valve Controller.

Models Available:

Model 475 (standard): UHMW polyethylene diaphragm, acetal copolymer fluid body, and hard-coated aluminum air cylinder body.

Model 475-T: Teflon^® diaphragm and fluid body. Hard-coated aluminum air cylinder body.

Model 475-SA: UHMW Polyethylene diaphragm, passivated stainless steel fluid body, and hard-coated aluminum air cylinder body.
