Pneumatic Dispensing Valves


For over 30 years the engineers at Tridak have been designing dispensing valves that are reliable, accurate,
and provide consistent performance. Tridak dispensing valves include many process enhancing features
such as adjustable suck-back control and a pinch over-stroke adjustment. Tridak offers a complete line of dispensing valves in a number of different configurations including disposable fluid path valves, spool valves,
and positive-displacement valves, as well as valve controllers and accessories to create complete dispensing system.

Diaphragm Valves:
Dispensing valves recommended for light-curable adhesives, aerobic adhesives, cyanoacrylates, epoxies, fluxes, inks, paints, and solvents.

Model 100: An easy-to-operate, hand-held dispensing valve. Great for potting, bead, and dot applications.

Model 200: This manual, hand-held dispenser requires no valve controller. It is ideal for dispensing cyanoacrylates and other low-to-medium viscosity materials.

Model 475: In this design, fluids do not contact the actuating components within the dispensing valve, making it ideal for dispensing reactive materials such as cyanoacrylates and solvent-based products.

Disposable Fluid Path Valves (Pinch Valves)
These dispensing valves feature a disposable fluid path which protects fluids from contamination and air entrapment while facilitating rapid material changeover with minimal clean-up. Disposable fluid path valves are suitable for all low-to-medium viscosity materials including highly reactive materials, medical media, pharmaceuticals, and food products.

Model 455 Series: These dispense valves offer contaminate-free dispensing with minimal clean-up. Micrometer flow adjustment ensures precise and consistent fluid deposits and a valve's patented "over-pinch" control extends tubing life to over a million cycles per piece.

Model 826: This disposable fluid path valve is similar to the 455 Series but also offers an adjustable suck-back control to prevent drool. This dispensing valve is ideal for high-volume production.

Model 828: This dispensing valve was designed to provide higher flow rates while still maintaining precise control over deposit size. This valve is ideal for many low-to-medium viscosity materials and features a suck-back control to accommodate stringy and tacky materials.

Needle Valves
Dispensing valves recommended for light-curable adhesives, solvents, inks, lubricants, and silicone oils..

Model 765: This needle valve offers extreme accuracy, whether dispensing beads or shots, and is easily integrated into high-volume automation.

Poppet Valves
Dispensing valves recommended for adhesives, grease, RTV, and silicones.

Model 785: This poppet valve offers more accuracy with smaller shot volumes than standard spool valves. The poppet valve's design minimizes friction between the valve's inner parts and the fluid and is ideal for dispensing low-to-medium viscosity materials.

Positive Displacement Valves (Disposable Fluid Path)
Dispensing valves recommended for all medium-to-high viscosity fluids including those that possess stringy or tacky properties. Fluids may be light-curable adhesives), epoxies, lubricants, silicones, and sealants.

Model 340 Series: These positive-displacement valves are designed to dispense higher viscosity materials with precise and accurate repeatability. The positive displacement is ideal for dispensing fluids that may exhibit slight viscosity changes during production due to time or temperature. These fluid dispensing valves incorporate disposable fluid path technology that upholds contaminate-free dispensing, and permits rapid product changeover with minimal clean-up.

Spool Valves
Dispensing valves recommended for light-curable adhesives, gasket materials, greases, RTV, and silicones.

Model 775 Series: This series of spool valves is ideally suited for low-to-high viscosity materials. The 775 fluid dispensing valve is available in several configurations, including an all stainless steel model and a heated model. Operating with higher pressures, these dispensing valves are capable of dispensing higher viscosity fluids in controlled, continuous beads and patterns.

Model 780: This high-volume spool valve is ideal for dispensing medium-to-high viscosity fluids and pastes. This dispensing valve is well suited for packaging operations and other processes requiring large fluid deposits.

Model 795: This spool valve is designed to dispense high viscosity fluids and gels with high pressure to produce deposits of consistent volume and form.

Spray Valves

Model 455SP: This spray valve is ideal for applying even coats of paints, oils, lubricants, liquid maskants, and many other materials.
