Model 455: Disposable Fluid Path Valve (Pinch Valve)

The Tridak Model 455 dispensing valve possesses the versatility to address a broad variety of precision dispensing applications. This pneumatic pinch valve features disposable fluid path technology which protects fluids from contamination and air entrapment while facilitating rapid material changeover with minimal clean-up. The fluid tubing is easily replaceable, and is available in three sizes and a variety of materials to ensure complete compatibility with the fluids being dispensed.

The Model 455 dispensing valve is ideal for low-to-medium viscosity materials. Flow rates can be meticulously dialed in using the built-in micrometer flow control/ The patented overstroke adjustemnt sets this dispensing valve apart from other pinch valves. Millions of cycles can be run before tubing replacement may be required.

This pinch valve is actuated with the Tridak Model 345 valve controller.
