Model 826: Disposable Fluid Path Valve (Pinch Valve)
The Tridak Model 826 pinch valve offers the same dependable performance as the Tridak Model 455 pinch dispensing valve with the added feature of adjustable suck-back control. This feature provides clean shut-off of stringy materials and prevents material drool from forming at the end of the dispense tip.
The Model 826 dispensing valve also features disposable fluid path technology which protects fluids from contamination and air entrapment while facilitating rapid material changeover with minimal clean-up. The fluid tubing is easily replaceable, and is available in a variety of sizes and materials to ensure complete compatibility with the fluids being dispensed.
The Model 826 dispensing valve is ideal for all low-to-medium viscosity materials, including those that have stringy flow properties. This valve is best actuated with the Tridak Model 345 digital valve controller.
