Model 340PS: Positive-Displacement Valve with Disposable Fluid Path Technology
Tridak's Model 340PS fluid dispensing valve offers true positive-displacement operation with the efficiency of disposable fluid path technology. Sequenced piston actuation within the Model 340PS valve dispenses a consistent volume of fluid regardless of material viscosity or viscosity fluctuation. This performance feature is accentuated in applications that require extremely precise dispense volume repetition. The Model 340PS positive-displacement dispensing valve is effective with numerous materials including troublesome materials that are extremely high or low in viscosity, possess stringy characteristics, or have drifting viscosities due to limited pot life. With minor modification, this dispensing valve can be gang mounted for multi-component dispensing.
The Model 340PS positive-displacement dispensing valve must be actuated with a Tridak Model 340 dispensing valve controller. This controller is specifically programmed to initiate the proper piston sequencing to produce positive-displacement fluid dispensing.
The Model 340PS dispensing valve is available with urethane, flex-PE, or Teflon® tubing. Consult with Tridak Applications Engineering to determine a tubing material that is best suited for your application.
