Model 775: Spool Valve
The Tridak Model 775 dispensing valve is a pneumatically operated spool valve that accurately dispenses medium-to-high viscosity fluids.This spool valve's accuracy comes from two main features, its suck-back control and adjustable flow control. The valve's suck-back control allows for crisp, clean shut-off, eliminating droplets and skinning over at the end of the dispense tip. The dispensing valve's other main feature, adjustable flow control, provides accurate dispensing in shots from 0.01 mL to over 50 mL and can be locked to prevent drifting.
The Model 775 spool valve is ideally suited to automated applications, but is also available in a bench-top system with controller and reservoirs of various styles and sizes.
The Model 775 dispensing valve should be actuated with the Tridak Model 345 valve controller for best performance.
