The Tridak Model 775H is a Tridak Model 775 spool valve that incorporates a heating element and a temperature sensor. This dispensing valve is particularly useful for lowering viscosities of very thick, viscous materials for easier dispense and placement. Maintaining a constant fluid temperature also improves the accuracy and consistency of the volume being dispensed. The Model 775H valve can be operated with heat up to 400°F (204°C). An independent temperature controller maintains the desired heat setting throughout the duration of the production process. It is easily integrated into automated systems.

Actuation of this valve is best achieved through the Tridak Model 345 valve controller.
