Model 1200: Syringe Filling System

Tridak's Model 1200 syringe filling system is designed to fill dual syringe cartridges simultaneously with two different materials. This semi-automated syringe filling system is particularly useful for lower volume production or where frequent material change out is required. A typical fill takes from 2-6 seconds using the Model 1200 syringe filler.

To operate the Model 1200 syringe filler, syringes are first placed in the fill nozzle. The system then locks the syringes in position. The grippers grab the plungers and begin to pull them up as the syringes are being filled. When the syringe filler has completed filling the syringes, the griper releases the plungers and the operator removes the syringes.
