Tridak Piston Inserters

Tridak piston inserters make inserting pistons into cartridges and syringe barrels quick and easy. Manually inserting pistons into cartridges requires excessive force and air is often trapped under the pistons. Manually inserting pistons also leads to inconsistent piston insertion depth and alignment which is not only unpleasant from a cosmetic standpoint, but also leads to inexact ratios when the product is dispensed.

To use a Tridak piston inserting machine, the operator simply loads the pre-filled syringe into the nest provided and places the pistons in the piston guide. The piston guide accurately aligns the cartridges or syringes with their pistons. The foot switch is then depressed and held until the insertion sequence is completed. Total cycle time is typically 2-3 seconds.

Model 3100: A piston inserter for smaller piston sizes. This piston inserter is for use with 100 mL and smaller syringes and cartridges.

Model 3200: A piston inserter for larger pistons sizes. This piston inserter is for use with syringes and cartridges larger than 100 mL.
